When they hear about the Land Conservancy, many people say, “Oh, I believe in land preservation, but I don’t own any land to preserve.” Fear not! There are many other meaningful and rewarding ways to help preserve the rural lands and character of Adams County.
We depend on our members to keep us going and our volunteers to help us run fundraisers and complete the work of our committees. We’re deeply grateful to our Stewardship Circle members, who provide the funds to ensure that we’ll be able to monitor and defend our easements in perpetuity, and we treasure our planned giving (Adams Society) donors, who help ensure that the Land Conservancy will carry on the work of land preservation long into the future.
We hope you’ll join us! To find out more, please email us or give us a call at (717) 334-2828.
